What designs are included?
LIFETIME includes unlimited downloads towards any of the cut files shown here. New products are released on the 1st of each month, and often throughout each month too.
Projects released as part of Craft with Sarah's Craft Countdown events are not included with LIFETIME.

Do I need a cutting machine?
Yes. LIFETIME is intended to be used with electronic cutting machines, e.g. Cricut machines.
LIFETIME is not recommended for crafters who hand-cut with scissors or a manual craft knife.
The cut files come in SVG, DXF and PNG format which are suitable for Cricut machines, Silhouette machines, and ScanNCut machines. Files released after 1st March 2025 also come in EPS format.
The video classes and monthly live training are recorded in Cricut Design Space, therefore Cricut is the recommended brand of cutting machine for those particular features.
While the files should be compatible with laser machines and other brands of cutting machine, I am unable to offer technical support for these since I don't have access to those machines for testing purposes.

Are there any ongoing costs with LIFETIME?
Nope! LIFETIME is a one-time payment. There are no renewal payments and this is not an ongoing subscription. There are no additional costs associated with LIFETIME other than what you pay today.

What does "lifetime access" mean?
You'll continue to enjoy all the benefits of LIFETIME for as long as I offer and support the program. If I ever decide to retire or discontinue LIFETIME in the future, access would end at that point.
I have no plans to do that, and I'm excited to keep growing LIFETIME with new features and benefits for years to come.
If LIFETIME were ever to close, I'd give you plenty of advance warning so that you have time to download all the SVGs, classes and other content you'd like to keep before the closing date.

Can I cancel anytime?
As LIFETIME is a one-time payment, there is nothing to cancel! There are no further payments to be made outside of the initial purchase cost of $197 USD.

I have previously purchased Craft Clubhouse or Papercraft Porch - should I join LIFETIME?
No, existing members will be contacted separately regarding LIFETIME. Please do not purchase LIFETIME if you have already bought Craft Clubhouse or Papercraft Porch in the past.
Craft Clubhouse received an email on 3rd August 2026 about how to upgrade to LIFETIME.
Papercraft Porch members will be contacted on 4th August 2026.

Do I need to pay for Cricut Access?
No! All files come in SVG, DXF and PNG format for you to upload into Design Space or your cutting machine's software. All files released after 1st March 2025 have EPS versions too, plus most of the older layered gnome designs have been amended to also include EPS version.

Do I need a laptop or computer?
I recommend you use a laptop or desktop computer to use the Craft with Sarah website. However, you CAN use a phone/tablet to browse the site and open all of the cutting files.
That being said, the Craft with Sarah website is easier to use on a desktop/laptop due to the larger screens.

What if I need help or support?

Does this teach me how to design SVGs?
No, LIFETIME does not include training on how to create your own SVG files.

What software do I need?
The only software you need to use my cutting files is your cutting machine's software such as Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio or ScanNCut's CanvasWorkspace.

Do you have a refund policy?
You may request a refund of LIFETIME within 14 days of your purchase date.
Refund amounts are calculated on a pro-rata amount based on the full USD price of any products that you have downloaded since purchasing.
For example, if you downloaded three layered SVGs before requesting a refund, the refund amount would be $197 - (3 x $5) = $182.
If the total value of products you have downloaded is greater than your LIFETIME payment then no refund will be given.
