Hi, I'm Sarah!

I hope you enjoy these 20 layered gnome SVGs. I can't wait to see what you make with them!

FAQs

Q: What is the Gnome Craft Countdown?
A: Craft Countdown events by "Craft with Sarah" are online papercrafting events where I shared themed craft projects for a set number of days. After signing up for a free ticket to this Gnome Craft Countdown, you'll be emailed a new pair of gnome-themed cut files each day for 10 days, starting on 15th March 2024.

Cut files are available to download for free for 24 hours after that day's project goes live.

You'll also get two additional gnome designs emailed to you within 30 minutes of registering your free ticket. Look for an email with subject line "Gnome Craft Countdown - Free Ticket & Bonus Gnomes" from sarah@craftwithsarah.com

Q: How much does the Gnome Craft Countdown cost?
A: It's free! Simply sign up with your email address and you will be emailed a new pair of gnome cut files every day for 10 days, starting on 15th March 2024 Each project will be available to download for free for 24 hours after its launch.

After signing up for the free version of the Gnome Craft Countdown, you will be shown details about the "Instant Access Bundle". This is an optional paid add-on which gives immediate access to all cut files from the Countdown, plus 20 EXTRA bonus gnome designs that are only available as part of the Instant Access Bundle.

Q: Can you show me the gnome projects?
A. Sorry, the gnomes are a surprise until their release day. There are a few sneaky previews in the photographs on this page that give a little clue as to what some of the designs are.

Q: Are these new cut file designs?
A. Yes, all cut files from the 2024 Gnome Craft Countdown are brand new and have been specifically designed for this event
. The only two that are not new are the two "practice" gnomes.

Q: What happens after I sign up?
A: After signing up to the Gnome Craft Countdown, you'll receive an email with more information, including an (optional) invitation to join my Facebook group where you can craft along with other attendees throughout the Countdown and take part in additional challenges and giveaways.

Then, starting on 15th March 2024, you'll get an email each day with links to that day's cut files. Don't forget to click the links to visit my website and download the cut files to your computer or mobile device before they expire.

Q: How long will I have access to the projects?
A: Each day's cut files will be available to download for free for 24 hours after they launch. After that time, they will no longer be available to download for free. Once saved to your computer or mobile device, the files do not expire.

Q: Will there be a video for each project?
A: As all the gnome projects are made in the same way, I thought it would be a bit repetitive for you to have to watch a video every day to see how to stick them together. So instead, I've done one detailed step-by-step video and matching written tutorial which will be emailed to you within 30 minutes of registering a free ticket.

The steps in that tutorial are the same for all of the gnomes in the Countdown. AND... to makes things even easier, every single cut file contains its own printable assembly guide which shows the order to stick the layers together in for that particular gnome.

Q: Do I need a cutting machine to make the projects?
Yes, you do! The Gnome Craft Countdown projects are specifically designed for cutting machines. Hand-cutting versions (e.g. to cut with scissors) are NOT included.

Q: What file formats are included for the cutting files?
A: Each cutting file design comes in SVG, DXF and PNG formats.

Q: What cutting machines can these files be cut on?
A: The free SVG files included in the Gnome Craft Countdown have been designed to cut on Cricut machines using the Design Space software.

However, they can also be loaded into Silhouette Studio for Silhouette cutting machines or the Brother ScanNCut Canvas software, as well as any other cutting machine software that uses SVG, DXF or PNG files.

Q: Can I cut the designs on a Cricut Joy?
A: Most of the gnome designs can be cut on the Cricut Joy, but you'll need to resize them smaller so that they will fit. You may wish to leave off some of the "pattern" layers to make them easier to cut on the Joy, but that's completely up to you and how confident you are at making papercraft projects on your Joy.

Q: Can I sell crafts that I make with these files?
A: Yes, all of my gnome files come with a Commercial License which allows you to sell unlimited physical, handmade, finished products that you create with these designs.

Q: How do I get the SVG cut files and tutorials?
A: Cut files will be released two per day for 10 days, starting on 15th March 2024. You will receive an email each day with a link to my website where you can then download the free cut files. The cut files for each project are ONLY free for the first 24 hours after the go live, so be sure to check your emails every day to make sure you don't miss any!

Q: What if I miss a day's download?
A: No problem - all cut files will also be available to purchase individually from my SVG Shop once the free version has expired. Or, purchase them all at once as part of the
Instant Access Bundle.

Q: My question isn't answered - how can I get in touch?
A: Send me an email at
sarah@craftwithsarah.com - I'm always happy to help!

I aim to reply to every email within 24 hours but please remember that I live in the United Kingdom so there may be time differences between us that could delay my responses to your email.
