How Craft Clubhouse works NOW:
1) Login to your account
After purchase, Craft Clubhouse will be added to your account on CraftWithSarah.com
If you don't have an account then one will be automatically created upon purchase and you will be emailed the access details.
2) Choose what to make
The Craft Clubhouse dashboard is super organized, easy to navigate, and user-friendly!
Browse all cutting files on one page to make locating the perfect design a breeze.
Filter designs by project type, category or occasion to find the perfect cut file, or use the handy search feature.
3) It's time to craft!
With over 1,300 cut files to choose from, you'll be spoilt for choice. The hardest part will be deciding what to make first!

What changes in March 2025?
A new "Craft with Sarah" website is launching at the end of February 2025. It's been in development for over a year and I can't WAIT to show it to you!
The new website will work on a "credits" system. All Craft Clubhouse members will get 20 credits automatically applied to their accounts on the 1st of each month, starting on 1st March 2025.
Use your credits to download existing SVGs from my shop that aren't already included in Craft Clubhouse OR choose from hundreds of NEW designs that will be released throughout the year*.
The 1300+ cut files already included in Craft Clubhouse will NOT use up your credits. Download as many of them as you like, without affecting your credit balance.
Credits don't expire, so you won't need to remember to use them all up each month. Any unused credits will simply "roll over" into the next month. Don't worry - you'll still get 20 new credits added to your balance on the 1st of each month.
* Products from past and future Craft Countdown events are not included in your Craft Clubhouse membership and will not be eligible to download with credits. All other Craft with Sarah SVGs will be available to download with credits, including previous Mega Bundle collections, dogs and cats, the majority of the gnome design, 3D lanterns and more. Layered cardstock projects, 3D lanterns, shadow boxes and layered greetings cards will be 2 credits each. Vinyl designs and simpler cards will be 1 credit each. More complex projects such as giant signs will be 4 credits each.

What is Craft Clubhouse?

Does Craft Clubhouse contain every single "Craft with Sarah" cut file?
No. Some of the SVG files from my shop are currently not included in Craft Clubhouse, for example the layered cats/dogs, Mega Bundle designs and 3D lanterns.
You WILL be able to download the above mentioned files once the new credits system launches later this year.
Past and future Craft Countdown designs are not included in Craft Clubhouse and will not be available to download with your credits.
Here is a list of all cardstock designs currently included. Download ALL these files instantly upon purchase, as well as over 650 vinyl cut files not shown on that list.

Do I need a cutting machine?
Yes, you do. Craft Clubhouse contains digital cutting files which are designed to be used with cutting machines such as Cricuts, Silhouettes and ScanNCuts.

Do I need to pay for Cricut Access?
No! All files come in SVG, DXF and PNG format for you to upload into Design Space or your cutting machine's software. You don't need Cricut Access to use the cut files in Craft Clubhouse.

Are there any ongoing costs with Craft Clubhouse?
Craft Clubhouse is a one-off, one-time payment of $147 for lifetime access which includes all current and future content.
Or, you can spread the cost over three months with 3 monthly payments of $50/month. Once the 3 months is up, you won't be charged any more but you retain full lifetime access to Craft Clubhouse, including the new credits system starting in March 2025.
If you are paying by installments and you cancel your monthly payments before the end of the three month payment schedule then your access to Craft Clubhouse will be terminated and you will no longer be permitted to use the Craft Clubhouse files, including those you have already downloaded. Any unused credits on your account will be removed.

Do I need a laptop or computer?
I recommend you use a laptop or desktop computer to login to Craft Clubhouse. However, you CAN use a phone/tablet to access Craft Clubhouse and open all of the cutting files.
That being said, the content inside Craft Clubhouse is easier to use on a desktop/laptop/landscape tablet due to the larger screens. Windows or Mac laptops/computers are both fine for Craft Clubhouse.
What is the price of Craft Clubhouse?
Craft Clubhouse is currently $147 USD if you pay in full, or 3 x monthly payments of $50 USD/month if you choose to pay in installments. Prices are + VAT if you live in a country that uses VAT e.g. UK and EU countries.

Can I download previous month's designs when I join?
Yes, after signing up you'll get instant access to all current and previous designs, from November 2021 onwards.

What does "lifetime access" mean?
Lifetime access means that you have full access to Craft Clubhouse for as long as the Craft with Sarah membership exists.
If you are paying by installments and you cancel your monthly payments before the end of the three month payment schedule then your access to Craft Clubhouse will be terminated.

Does Craft Clubhouse teach me how to design SVGs?
No. Craft Clubhouse is a collection of pre-designed Design Space Projects and training videos on how to design your own Projects, but it does not include how to design SVG files.

What software do I need?
The only software you need to use the cutting files within Craft Clubhouse is your cutting machine's software such as Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio or ScanNCut's Canvas.

Do you have a refund policy?
Due to the digital nature of this product, no refunds will be given. If you would like to cancel your payment plan before the end of the term then please email sarah@craftwithsarah.com to discuss.
Please note that cancellations will only be accepted if you have downloaded fewer than 5 files from Craft Clubhouse.
