Q: Are these new cut file designs?
A. This Countdown consists of a combination of new cut files/tutorials created for the 2024 Card Making Countdown, modified/updated/enhanced versions of older tutorials and new tricks/techniques for customising and creating your own bespoke card projects within Cricut Design Space.

Q: What happens after I purchase the Instant Access Bundle?
A: After purchase, you will receive an email with how to log in to view the Instant Access Bundle.

If you already have an account on craftwithsarah.com under the email address that you use to purchase then the Instant Access Bundle will be added to your existing account.

If you do not have an account then one will be automatically created for you upon purchase and you will be sent an email asking you to set your account password.

Q: How long will I have access to the projects?
A: If you purchase the Instant Access Bundle then you have immediate, ongoing access to all projects. You can view them whenever you want, as many times as you want - they do not expire.

Q: Do I need a cutting machine to make these projects?
A: Yes, you do! The Card Making Countdown projects are specifically designed for Cricut cutting machines. The cut files with with other types of cutting machine (e.g. Silhouette or ScanNCut), but the tutorials ONLY show how to use them in Cricut Design Space. Hand-cutting versions (e.g. to cut with scissors) are NOT included.

Q: Do I need a color printer to make these projects?
A: No, but it would be helpful. Several of the projects have elements which "print then cut" is recommended for, however if you don't have a printer then you can achieve similar effects using patterned scrapbook paper for backgrounds, or stamping/toppers/embellishments/die cuts/etc instead of printed images.

Q: What file formats are included for the cutting files?
A: The cut files come in SVG, DXF and PNG formats.

Q: Can I cut the designs on a Cricut Joy?
A: The original Cricut Joy (the blue machine) is not recommended for this Countdown, as many of the projects will be too large to be able to be cut with it. The newer Cricut Joy Xtra (the white machine) IS suitable for this Countdown.

Q: Can I sell crafts that I make with these files?
A: Yes, the files come with a Commercial License which allows you to sell unlimited physical, handmade, finished products that you create with these designs.
